1. If the cotton picker needs to be replaced due to field obstacles that damage the individual cotton removal trays during field operations, be sure to measure the thickness of the new cotton removal trays, calculate the required adjustment pad thickness, and increase or decrease the adjustment pads. Make sure that the distance between the several new de-cotton discs that are replaced and the unreplaced de-cotton discs on the de-cotton disc assembly are the same, so as to ensure that the up and down consistency and accuracy of the gap between the de-cotton disc and the spindle are not affected.
  2. When repairing the working surface of the lint removal disc, it is required to use an imported or national certified special lathe for lapping. Before grinding, check whether the spacing between the two lint removal discs on all the same lint removal assemblies is substantially equal. If there is too large spacing, the adjustment pad must be added or subtracted to make the spacing between the de-cotton discs in the same group basically the same, and then go to the grinding machine for grinding.
