Biomass Vertical Ring Die Wood Pellet Machine

Brief introduction:

(2) The gear box is driven by high-precision gears, matched with automatic hydraulic lubricant pump system which keep the gearbox working stability and warranty period;

(3) Blower system which is located on the site of work bin, can control work time freely, its main function is removing dust and discharge steam

(4)With vertical motor, mounting hole with output shaft as the center, equidistant distribution, more powerful and stability

(5) Ring die and rollers materials are alloy steel, hardness more than 52, assure the pellet quality and life time

(6) Working manner is pressed pellets from inside to outside, together with centrifugal force and extrusion pressure, improve capacity, at the same time, assure pellets hardness and density. Adopt 4-8 rollers working, increase press rate, it can use one mould with same hold size or different hold size according to client requirement.
