AUTOMATIC BROILER FEEDING SYSTEM
Suitable for broilers requirement during any period
A .This feeding system deliver feed through auger, including main feed line and feed line.
B.Main feed line: deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control drive motor on and off to realize automatic delivery feed
C. Advantage: Reduce labour intensity. One person is enough for one house.
D.Feed line: This system can deliver feed automatically by feed sensor at the end of feed line to control drive motor on-off.
Automatic pan feeding system consists of driving motor, hopper, delivery pipe, auger ,feed pan , hanging and lifting device , anti-roost system , and fee sensor .

Feed pan feature
1.Slide shutter-off can adjust feed amount from the complete open to complete close .
2. Pan plate can be disassembled on the ground working as chick feed pan for 0-7 days old chicken .
3. V-shaped pan plate can reduce feed storage at pan bottom . Bird can have fresh feed every day . this design can also prevent bird form staying on the plate too long.
4. There are 14 grills , pan feed capacity is 40-55birds/pan .
5. There are 6 grades to adjust feed level and it is only need to rotate the cylinder to adjust feed level.
6. Edge of pan plate tilt towards the center which can avoid the waste of feed.
