De-stoner separates the impurities according to the specific gravity difference in the air between grains and the same size heavy impurities. De-stoner is a device which integrates grading and de-stoning functions.
• Operates on the vacuum principle. Steel base frame with sieve slope adjustment. Steel sieve box is supported by special hollow rubber blocks. Withdrawable sieve frames, covered with steel screens, steel diffuser baffles. Integrated product distribution system.
• Plexi-glass inspection window, access openings closed with rubber covers. Final separation device for the stones is adjustable. Common board accommodates the product inlet, aspiration connection and air regulating valve with air damper indicator.
• Collection funnel for product outlet.
